- Constituent documents (Charter) (in Russian and Chinese languages, to be certified by the Chinese Embassy)
- Documents confirming the powers of the persons specified in the signature specimen album of authorized persons and their passports (in Russian and Chinese languages, to be certified by the Chinese Embassy)
- Passport of a legal entity (or information on their details). Notarized copy. (to be certified at the Chinese Embassy)
- If the signatory party is not the official representative of the legal entity, it is necessary to submit a power of attorney confirming the authority of the representative of the legal entity and its passport copy. Notarized copy. (to be certified at the Chinese Embassy)
