Why is it necessary to provide a letter of guarantee for the legal address to the tax inspectorate when registering an LLC?
When registering a company, the tax authorities require a letter of guarantee that the new organisation will have a real address. In the opinion of the tax authorities, such a letter should confirm that after state registration the company will conclude a lease agreement with the owner of the premises and it will be easy to find it for inspection.
